Clinical & Sports nutrition for adults and children.
How I can help you...
I offer 1:1 consultations as a flexible package of 2 or more appointments to provide a personalised service and to meet your needs of your specific condition and circumstances. Experience suggests that most people need a first assessment appointment (between 45-60min) plus at least one follow-up appointment.
The cost of an appointment package is £125 for 2 appointments which includes a full nutritional assessment, and written report and action plan, including communication to your doctor, and a follow-up appointment to further refine the plan.
Appointments occur online.

I qualified as a dietitian with a BSc in Dietetics from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. It was always a dream to live and work overseas, and I was fortunate to bring that dream to life, moving to the UK to work in the NHS. Over the course of 20 years in the NHS, I gained experience across a wide range of clinical areas, including
oncology, gastroenterology, critical care, paediatrics, and nutrition support (tube feeding and intravenous feeding). However, my passion lay in Oncology Dietetics, where I spent 16 years supporting people before, during, and after cancer treatment. For 13 of those years, I led a dietetic department in a senior leadership role, ensuring high-quality care for patients navigating complex health challenges. After the COVID-19 pandemic, I made the decision to step away from the NHS in 2022 to gain commercial experience and further develop my skills in the food industry. That same year, I also pursued a long-held passion— sports nutrition —earning a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports & Exercise Nutrition.
Through my years in oncology and sports nutrition, one truth stands out: the human body is incredibly capable and resilient. With the right nutrition and a supportive approach, recovery is not just possible—it’s powerful. We can rebuild strength, restore energy, and return to the life we love after illness.
That’s exactly what I want for you, and I’m here to help you get there.
I have worked with Theresa for many years and she is so knowledgeable, person centred and an awesome dietitian. I have seen what she can do. There is so much misinformation out there. I'd really recommend talking to her because working with Theresa can improve your outcome .
